By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from SCP Foundation (evilscp.win), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
These terms apply to all containment tiers: Day Access (SCP-035), Week Access (SCP-096), Month Access (SCP-682), and Lifetime Access (SCP-3000).
Each purchase grants you a single, non-transferable license key refined by SCP-914 at the Very Fine setting. Your key is:
You may not share, sell, lease, sublicense, or distribute your key to any third party under any circumstances.
The Foundation reserves the right to terminate any access key without notice or refund if:
Terminated keys will not be reinstated. Banned users will not receive refunds.
If you change your hardware (new PC, motherboard replacement, etc.), you may request one (1) free HWID reset per key lifetime by contacting us via Discord. Additional resets may be granted at the Foundation’s discretion.
HWID resets are not guaranteed and may be denied if abuse is suspected.
All payments are processed via cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. All sales are final. The Foundation does not offer refunds once:

The Foundation reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. Lifetime access keys cover all updates released during the product’s active lifecycle.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our products following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Final Warning: Sharing your key, filing a chargeback, or attempting to bypass these terms will result in permanent banishment with no appeal. SCP-049 has been briefed. SCP-106 is on standby. The Foundation does not forgive. The Foundation does not forget. Secure. Contain. Protect.
